How to Apply
We are pleased that you are interested in applying to our program. Please remember that the program only accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Information submitted outside of ERAS cannot be accepted. Residents are selected only through the 金沙中国al Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Applicants must be eligible for licensure (training permit) in Texas, more information is available at the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Applicants will be selected on the basis of their suitability for psychiatric practice, fit with the program, previous academic and clinical performance, letters of recommendation and interview.
Interviews
Our interview season extends from October into January. Interviews are offered to appropriate applicants after review of the ERAS application and supporting materials. No paper applications will be accepted. The number of interview slots is limited, so please submit your application materials as early as possible. Interviews are 1 day with several candidates scheduled at a time.
