Degree Progression Monitoring (DPM) Dashboard
Introduction and User Documentation
The Degree Progression Monitoring (DPM) Dashboard is designed to track the academic progress of students who have completed a major semester (Fall/春天). The dashboard excludes students who have graduated in the current term. The programs currently monitored include:
- 工商管理
- 教育领导
- Curriculum and Instruction
- 康复咨询
- 临床心理学
- Mathematics and Statistics with Interdisciplinary Applications
This dashboard is accessible on a per-semester basis, with Graduate Program Coordinators (GPCs) and Graduate College staff having access. The primary purpose is to monitor students' progress and provide timely updates on their expected graduation in upcoming Fall, 春天, 或夏季学期.

- gpc: Have access only to the data relevant to their respective programs. They are responsible for updating the records of students in their programs.
- 毕业学院: Has access to all program data for administrative oversight and ensuring the successful graduation of all students.

The DPM Dashboard is integrated with PowerApp technology within PowerBI, enabling real-time editing of student records directly from the dashboard. This feature is connected to our SQL server and allows for immediate updates.
Steps by step instructions to edit students records:

- Access the dashboard and locate the PowerApp visual on the right.
- Submit a request for access, specifying your associated program.
- Your request will be processed by the Research IT team, subject to approval.
步骤2. Connect to PowerApp: Doctoral GPC Input Form:
- 一旦获得访问权限, you will need to establish a connection to the server through the PowerApp form.
- Follow the prompts to connect to the PowerApp: Doctoral GPC Input Form.
步骤3. 编辑记录:
- Select a student from the report on the left side of the dashboard.
- The form will auto-populate with the selected student's information.
- Make the necessary edits directly within the form.

- All changes are recorded in a log table on our server.
